What we do with your data.
Aligned Growth Digital LLC runs this site. This page says what we collect, where it goes and how to get rid of it. We collect very little, and we sell none of it.
What the form asks for
The discovery call form is the only place this site collects anything about you. It asks for seven things, and each one earns its place:
- Your website
- to review what you already have in search, on the site and in AI answers
- Company
- to look at the right business before we speak
- Who owns marketing today
- to know who we would be working alongside
- Monthly marketing budget range
- to judge whether we are a sensible fit
- The one thing you would fix first
- to arrive with a view rather than a blank page
- Your name
- to address you properly on the call and in your assessment
- Work email
- to reply and send your written assessment
We also record when the page was opened, to tell real submissions from automated ones. That is a timestamp, not anything about you.
We use all of it to prepare for your call, write your Growth Proposal and reply to you. Nothing else.
Where it goes
Running a small consultancy means using a few services. These are all of them, and each one only ever sees what it needs:
FormSubmit
Receives the discovery call form and delivers it to us by email. Everything you type in the form passes through their service on the way to our inbox.
HubSpot
Our CRM. It holds your enquiry and our correspondence so we can pick the conversation back up rather than asking you to repeat yourself.
Cal.com
Runs the booking page. When you go there to pick a time, your name and email are carried over so you do not type them twice. Cal.com holds the booking and sends the calendar invitation.
Replit
Hosts the site. Their platform adds its own visit counter to every page, which records the page you looked at, the site that referred you, and your browser language and screen size, and sends that to Replit. It is added by our host rather than by us. It stores nothing on your device and does not identify you.
Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager — not yet in use
Measure how the site performs and which pages lead to enquiries. Tag Manager is the container that loads the analytics tag; if we ever add another tag it will be listed here first. Consent is set to denied by default, so nothing is stored on your device for analytics or advertising until you allow it, and no name, email or free-text answer is ever put into a tag.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy and handles data on its own terms. Where a service is marked not yet in use, it holds nothing about you today, and this page will stay accurate as that changes.
What we will never do
- We do not sell your data, and we never will.
- We do not share it with anyone outside the services listed above.
- We do not put your name or email into an analytics or advertising tag.
- We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a call.
The only things measurement ever sees from your enquiry are the budget range and the who-owns-marketing answer, so we know which enquiries the site produces. Neither identifies you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are in contact and for up to two years afterwards, so we can pick the conversation back up if you come back. After that they are deleted.
Getting it deleted
Email valentina@alignedgrowthdigital.com and say what you want. You can ask to see everything we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted entirely. No form, no account, no reason required. We will action it and confirm by reply, normally within a few days and at most within 30.
Deletion means deletion: we remove it from our inbox and from the CRM, and we ask the services above to do the same.
