Aligned Growth Digital

One system. One accountable function.

Four ways in, depending on whether you need one accountable growth function, a plan your own team can run, or simply a read on what is limiting growth first.

How we run it.

The Four-Stage Growth System is what we build for your customer. The loop is how we run it.

A full-time head of growth costs $150–200K. An agency owns a channel. Aligned Growth Digital is one accountable growth function.

Where it starts.

Every engagement begins the same way, and each step earns the next. Nobody is asked to commit to a retainer before there is evidence it is the right one.

  1. Discovery Call

Free, 30 minutes. Before it, we look at your search presence, AI-answer visibility and site so we arrive with observations, not questions.

  2. Growth Proposal

Free, within a week. Where you are now across the four stages, from what we can see outside; where you want to be, in your number; and how we would get you there, in phases, with the documents you would receive shown, not described. Investment on the last page.

  3. Phase 1 — Audit, Strategy & Roadmap

Paid, fixed price, two to four weeks. We go inside your accounts and data: search, local, AI-answer visibility, the signals that get you cited, your competitors' real footprint. You get every task required to begin, in order, with an owner and the reason, plus your first scorecard, presented in a working session. You pick the modules: the AI SEO Audit, the Paid Media Audit, or both, with a Conversion Audit if the site is where leads are lost. This is month one of any engagement; if you continue, it is credited.

  4. Run it

Fractional Head of Growth Marketing, with or without execution. We own the number.

What the proposal is, and what the audit is.

The Growth Proposal is what we can see from where your customers stand: how you show up in search and AI answers, what your site does with a visitor, who is beating you and why, and where we think growth is leaking. It ends with a plan in phases. It is free because it is how we earn the right to go inside.

Phase 1 is what we find when we go inside: your analytics, your ad accounts, your CRM, your search data, your competitors' real footprint. It ends with every task required to begin — in order, with an owner, a priority and the reason it matters. It is the document your team or ours executes from on day one. It is priced as month one because it is month one.

We start where leads come from. Take the AI SEO Audit if search and AI answers are where you are losing ground, the Paid Media Audit if spend is, or both. Add a Conversion Audit if your site loses the leads they bring. You pick; the method is the same.

What changes in the first 90 days.

  1. You know what is constraining growth.

By week two: a diagnosis of where growth is being lost across the four stages, in writing, with the order we would fix it in.

  2. Every number has an owner.

By day 30: a growth scorecard leadership can read, one owner per number, and a weekly operating rhythm that does not depend on anyone remembering.

  3. Channels stop competing with each other.

Search and paid run against the same plan, pages match the promise in the ad, follow-up exists for the people who did not call.

  4. You can see what worked.

One monthly report: what moved, what it cost, what we are changing next. No four dashboards that disagree.

Results depend on your market, your budget and your business. What we control is that all of this exists, and that one function is accountable for it.

You will have most of this by day 30.

Four ways to work together.

Fractional Head of Growth Marketing

Strategy and direction. We own the number; your team executes.

Fractional Head of Growth Marketing + Execution

We direct and our specialists execute: search and AI visibility, paid, conversion, analytics.

Build & Stay

90 days building your in-house marketing function: campaigns, SOPs, scorecard, hiring and training. Then we stay on as your fractional head of growth marketing to supervise it. We do not sell the build without the stay.

Audit, Strategy & Roadmap

Phase 1 of every engagement. Fixed price, credited to month one. You pick the modules: the AI SEO Audit, the Paid Media Audit, or both, with a Conversion Audit if the site is where leads are lost.

Scope and price are set after the call, against your situation. Retainers are monthly.

What a month looks like.

Every week

A review of the numbers against the plan, and the decisions that follow from them.

Every month

A written plan for the next month: what we are doing, what we stopped, what we expect.

One report

A single leadership report. Not four dashboards from four vendors that disagree.

AI in the workflowAutomated reporting, production and QA — built with n8n, Make, Zapier and Claude

Coordinated through vendors, not claimed hands-on: CTV/OTT, programmatic, brand design. Out of scope: sales team management, product, finance.

Your customer does not care which vendor owns which channel. They care whether you are easy to find, easy to believe and easy to buy from. That is one job.

This is for you if

  • Already spending on marketing
  • No senior owner of results, or a team with no one directing it
  • Want one accountable partner instead of several vendors
  • Sell something people research before buying
  • Service, healthcare, legal, home services, ecommerce and professional-services businesses (examples, not a gate)

This is not for you if

  • Single-channel work billed by the hour
  • Guaranteed rankings, leads or revenue
  • A strategy document with no intention to change how marketing runs
