What Aligned Growth Digital is.
Aligned Growth Digital is fractional growth leadership for companies that have outgrown fragmented marketing. We own the number and lead the strategy and the execution, bringing search, AI visibility, paid media, conversion, analytics and marketing operations under one accountable growth function. We decide what should happen, and we do the work.
We find where growth is being lost, decide where the next dollar and hour should go, and build the systems, measurement and execution to capture it — and we do the work, not just the plan. Fewer disconnected vendors. Clearer decisions. One partner accountable for turning marketing spend into growth.
We work with companies spending real money on marketing where nobody senior owns the result, or where a team exists with nobody directing it: service businesses, healthcare, legal, ecommerce — any company whose customers research before they buy. Colorado-based, working across the United States.
Three things we do differently.
Marketing operations run with AI
Scorecards, a weekly operating rhythm and one leadership report, with the repetitive work — reporting, production, QA — automated with n8n, Make, Zapier and Claude. A lean team, or your existing one, does more with less. Most consultancies advise; we install the operating system.
AI search visibility and off-site trust built into every engagement
Entity and schema work, AI Overviews and large language model citations are part of the search program, not a separate project.
Leadership that executes, not just advises
We own the ad accounts, build the pages and set up the tracking. Engagements stay senior-led: specialists and automation are added as the work requires, but direction never passes to a junior account manager. Strategy that nobody executes is a document.
Marketing should not be a collection of channels. It should be one growth system.
Who leads it.
I am Valentina Borda. I spent most of my career inside companies, not beside them — and the rest directing SEO and account teams for law firms in the most competitive markets in the country.
Most recently I was VP of Marketing and Ecommerce, accountable for growth and the team behind it. The agency years are where I learned to automate the repetitive work so the hours went to judgment instead.
I built a marketing team from two people to twenty. I owned the revenue number, sat in the leadership meetings where it was questioned, and learned that marketing rarely fails because a channel underperforms. It fails because nobody owns the space between the channels.
Most companies I talk to have the same shape of problem. An agency runs ads. Someone else built the website. A third party reports on both. Every vendor is doing their job, and the number still does not move, because no single partner is accountable for the whole path a customer takes.
That is the work now. Companies bring us in when marketing feels busy but unreliable. We own the result and run it as one system — search, AI search, paid, the website, measurement, and the operations behind all of it.
I work from Colorado with companies across the United States, and I am in the work: in the ad accounts, in the analytics, in the weekly meeting. I have implemented EOS at two companies and served as Integrator at one; the scorecards and weekly rhythm in every engagement come from that.
When organizations doing meaningful work grow, their impact grows too.
That is also why Auto Glass Growth exists — a specialized initiative from Aligned Growth Digital where this system is run end to end in a single industry. It is proof of the method, not a separate service.
